Annual Preventive Care Exams
Dr. Greenberg is licensed to provide annual physical examinations that are considered preventive care under the ACA. For an annual preventive care visit, the co-pay is waived.
Referrals to Specialized Medical Practitioners When Needed
Both doctors at the Fife Clinic can provide excellent referral advice to patients who require a specialist or specialized care. Doctor visits and treatments outside the Fife Clinic are not covered by Continuant’s Benefit Plan, but are likely to be covered by a patient’s major medical plan.
Traditional and Naturopathic Medical Treatment
Dr. Greenberg’s philosophy is to treat patients by solving immediate health problems while also establishing on-going, long-term health improvements.
Nutrition and Exercise Evaluations
Both Fife Clinic doctors incorporate nutrition, exercise, lifestyle habits, sleep patterns, sources of stress, and other topics into their practices to help patients identify potential problem areas and improve overall health and wellness.
Evaluation of Skeletal, Muscular, and Digestive Issues
Dr. Justin Blair identifies and treats health problems related to skeletal muscular and digestive issues. He helps patients identify that many health complaints or symptoms are impacted by spinal alignment, and offers a naturopathic return to health.
Chiropractic Adjustments
Skeletal adjustments and manipulation can restore the body to optimum function and stimulate healing or reduce pain.

Naturopathy is an alternative way to seeking wellness, without the use of drugs, and through techniques like control of diet, exercise, or massage. Our evaluations help the client and clinic to determine the best possible route to health.
+ Is Fife Clinic available to the public or to family members?
The clinic is not available to the public. It is only available to full-time Continuant employees and their dependents enrolled in the CEBP Fife Clinic Plan.
+ What Services are provided at the Fife Clinic?
Chiropractic and Naturopathic services include:

+ How much does it cost for each visit?
$10 copay per visit
+ Are supplements/prescriptions covered by the copay?
The $10 copay covers the visit. If you need supplements/prescriptions there is a separate $10 copay per order.
+ If we see one of the Fife Clinic doctors outside of Fife Clinic, is it still a $10 copay?
No. The $10 copay only applies to the Fife Clinic.
+ Do the prices for Chiropractic/Naturopathic services come out of our wellness plan?
No. After the $10 copay, the visit is paid via Willow Health.
